I give, devise, and bequeath to South Side Mission of Peoria, IL, the sum of $____________ (or a specific asset), for the benefit of South Side Mission and its general purposes.

If you prefer, you can download form (below) and give it to your estate planner or attorney.  It contains the language that should be included in a will to leave a bequest to South Side Mission.
