South Side Mission is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors consisting of Christian business people, pastors, homemakers, and retirees.

Their role is to:

• Set policies for South Side Mission.
• To employ and evaluate the Executive Director of South Side Mission.
• To pray, encourage, assist, and serve as the Lord leads them.
