Lunch meals are prepared and ready at 12 noon.
Dinner meals will be placed in chafers and left warming.
Weekend meals will be wrapped and labeled, ready for you to warm for your event.
Menu will be based on current area of study and availability of resources.
Tables coverings and other special touches are yours to handle.
For non-VIP parties of more than 10 people, food will be set up buffet style in the Auxiliary Board Room.
Please remember to arrange for beverages of your choice.
A copy of this request will be sent to the Chef, Meg, Kathleen, and maintenance. Special requests regarding set-up should be made directly to maintenance.
A three day notice is appreciated. If your event is less than 3 days away, please follow this request up with a phone call.
